DISCLAIMER - Most photos on the pages of this encyclopedia are submitted by the cinematographer. A number of photos are frames from filmed interviews/documentaries. Some photos are publicity stills. We use that photo in connection with the film in question. In these cases we don't try to contact the photographer. If we know the name, he or she is credited. A minority of the photos come from different sources on the internet. We really try to contact the photographer to get permission [if necessary].
