Career: Ph numerous commercials dir by Colin Gregg [for Mars], Mandie Fletcher, a.o.

Ph a test film with the new Arriflex D-20, a film style HD digital camera, in 2004.

Was a member of the BSC since 1992 and president [2008-10].

Appeared in the doc 'Women Behind the Camera' [2001-2006, Alexis Krasilovsky].

The National Film and Television School [NFTS, UK] honored her in 2017 with the launching of the 'Sue Gibson BSC, Cinematography Award'.

Awards: Evening Standard British Film Award [1992] for 'Hear My Song' & 'Secret Friends'; IFTA Award [1999] for 'Amongst Women'; The Women's International Film & Television Showcase 'Cinematographer Award' [2010].
